Evangeline is a native of Georgia, born and raised on a large plantation just outside of Savannah. She's the youngest of two children with a brother, Randall, who is five years her senior. Her father is a Confederate officer turned horse breeder and her brother is a lecherous, addle brained young man who's fever at a young age affected his state of mind.
She was given the best of everything very early on, and never denied anything. This has rendered her a spoiled brat who knows what she wants, and doesn't care who she has to step on to get it. Evan has learned from observances that it is better to have acquaintances than true friends. That way, there is less baggage and less people who know everything about her. After all, the secret to success is being secretive and unpredictable. However, Evan is a girl and will have at least one close friend. Male or female, it doesn't matter to me.[/color][/font]

Enemies[/i][/color][/u]
Evan is likely to have a lot of enemies. She's flirtatious and tease, and often does not distinguish between genders or availability when she's picking a target. She has probably gotten in trouble in the past for flirting with married men so she would most likely have a lot of female enemies.
She also has a quick temper and can sometimes fly off the handle, but she usually tries to restrain it to being in private. So if someone wanted to intentionally push her buttons, that could always be fun as well.
Her father and her brother were also high ranking officers in the Confederate Army, so anyone that has problems with them will most likely have problems with her.[/color][/font]

Lovers[/i][/color][/u]
Woo! The fun part! Okay, so like I said, Evan's a flirt but she's not a bed hopper. She's never been really involved in a relationship beyond flirting and teasing. It goes back to that idea she has gained from observing people: people close to you are a liability. If she did have a relationship, its more likely to be one based on convenience such as one night stands, friends with benefits, ect.
She is currently of an age where she needs to start looking to settle down before she becomes an "old maid". She has no intentions of acquiring a fiancee but if someone where to enter a deal with her father, she would have no choice. If she does have a lover, I would LOVE for it to be someone of a lower class or someone her father would not approve of. OH THE DRAMA.
I would imagine she probably has a harem of people she flirts with. I'm most definitely not opposed to adding more men (and women!) to her harem.[/color][/font]
